Supreme Court Will Hear Augument on March 29th in Dukes vs. Wal-Mart.

On March 1, 2011, the National Women’s Law Center (NWLC) and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed a friend-of-the-court brief in the U.S. Supreme Court in the case WAL-MART STORES, INC. v.
