Did you wear red today?

I hope you did and better yet that you were good to your heart. Maybe you walked up an extra flight of stairs. Had a salad for lunch or maybe you were just nice to yourself kicked back a little and let the stress float away. Today is Heart Health for Women day. If you haven't had a stress test lately go get one. Here's a great site http://www.womenheart.org. We owe it to each other to take care of ourselves.

CHEERS! Today the U.S. Senate confirmed the nomination of New York State's Commissioner of Labor, M. Patricia Smith as U.S. Solicitor of Labor.
