Supreme Court Will Hear Augument on March 29th in Dukes vs. Wal-Mart.

On March 1, 2011, the National Women’s Law Center (NWLC) and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed a friend-of-the-court brief in the U.S. Supreme Court in the case WAL-MART STORES, INC. v. Strides in Education but Wage Gap Persists - White House report on Women

American women have made great strides in education and in the workforce in the past 50 years, but still lag behind men in pay. The first federal report on American women in society since 1963 was released to coincide with the start of Women's History Month.
